Last night watched the Doctor Who special
“The Next Doctor”. The faux-Doctor of
the title is named Jackson Lake. I mused
that the Doctor might say to him at some point, “Solid, Jackson!”, but this did
not happen.
This morning reading a movie review on
Salon, the reviewer referred to “the oft-uttered catchphrase in 1947's ‘Road to
Rio’: ‘Solid, Jackson’.
